We offer a no hassle refund or exchange policy on all items so long as the product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings. Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt using our returns form.
Goods must be returned to us at your own expense and you should ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We cannot refund any postage costs and ask that you recycle the original postage bag to return the item to us.
We advise you to use Recorded delivery so that should the items go astray you are able to make a claim with Royal Mail. Sorry but we cannot do this for you.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration then we reserve the right to charge you for the reduction in value. We advise wearing a pop sock when trying on shoes to avoid marking.
Returns on all items
If you return an item for an exchange and then return the exchanged item for a refund we reserve the right to deduct the free postage costs for second exchange from your refund.
Returns on items under £99
If you wish to exchange an item you will only pay one delivery charge, In other words if you wish to exchange an item we will pay for the next delivery once your item is returned. For subsequent exchanges you will have to pay a delivery charge.
How to return your item.
Simply fill in the returns slip and enclose it with your goods stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If it’s an exchange, let us know what you would like to change it for. Don’t forget all items must be returned to us within 10 working days of you receiving delivery. |
